From March 2026, the submission guidelines for Technical Sessions will be revised, and in addition to abstracts of English presentations,Proceedings for lectures in JapaneseRegarding that as well,The English-language journal "International Journal of Automotive Engineering (IJAE)"Submissions are now being accepted. IJAE aims to achieve an impact factor (IF), and we look forward to receiving active paper submissions from everyone. Furthermore, as this journal is an English-language collection of papers distributed to the world, we expect it to be evaluated in the "understandability" category of the JSAE Awards and Proceedings.
However, you cannot submit a paper with the same content as the abstract for the Technical Sessions.
If you plan to submit the content of your Technical Sessions application to IJAE after the conference, please select "I wish to submit to IJAE" under "Request to submit to proceedings" when applying for your presentation, and submit your abstract.Created in 2 pagesPlease do so (bottom screen).
When submitting your paper to each journal, please use the content of your abstract as a base, but be sure to add and revise data, discussion, references, etc., from an academic perspective.
For those who selected "I wish to submit a paper" when applying to give a presentation, the proceedings staff will send you an email with instructions on the submission process approximately one week before the conference.

Publication fees will be billed after notification of screening results.
The IJAE Editorial Committee will review whether or not an article can be published in "IJAE" based on the regulations. The review period takes approximately 4 to 7 months from the start of the review.
