To make a presentation, you will need to apply via the presentation application form below and also register as an attendee (fee required) for the 2025 JSAE Annual Congress (Spring) Technical Sessions.
 After receiving notification of acceptance, please register by the day of the event.

There are no membership requirements for participating in this project.
 If you are not a member, but take advantage of the "Membership Support" campaign, you will be exempt from the annual membership fee and Technical Sessions registration fee, so we encourage you to join.

・Presenters must create their own posters. The copyright of each poster belongs to the author (presenter), and the Society does not reserve any rights.

Acceptance / rejection notification Applicants will be notified of the results of their presentation via email in late April 2025.
Submit presentation summary Please submit two PowerPoint presentations or one A2 manuscript by early May.

Recognition The posters and presentations will be judged and the Student Poster Session Excellence Award will be selected.

The event may be canceled without notice if it becomes difficult to use the facilities due to natural disasters, incidents, infectious diseases, etc., if there is a request from the government or administrative agencies to refrain from holding events, or if unavoidable circumstances such as the cancellation of the JSAE Congress (Autumn) itself occur.

In the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as a natural disaster or accident that prevents the use of the facilities, or delays in other lectures, the venue, time, etc. of the event may be changed without notice.

3. Cancellation of publication
If an announcement is made that is completely different from the content of the application, publication may be canceled.

4. Restrictions on video recording, etc.
Although the Association takes all possible precautions to prevent unauthorized recording, recording, etc., please be aware that this is not perfect.
