Important information about participation

The Technical Sessions at the 2025 JSAE Annual Congress (Spring) will be held only in person, ending the hybrid format that was used until last year.
Additionally, as a new service, we will be streaming videos of the lectures at a later date.
*Only lectures that have been given permission to be made public will be streamed.
① Regarding attendance at the actual venue: Advance registration is required. Please register via the conference website. Please note that registration will not be accepted at the venue on the day.
② Benefits for participants Chairpersons, speakers, and audience members who pre-register will receive the following benefits: Viewing and downloading the proceedings of the lectures Viewing the lecture videos (to be distributed at a later date) (if permission has been granted for public viewing)
③ Regarding later distribution: After the conference, the lecture videos will be distributed approximately one week after the conference. The distribution period will be one month.
④ Registration for the later distribution Registration will be accepted until the later distribution period. Participants can watch the lecture videos from the dedicated page. The registration fee is the same as for in-person participation.
