The location or time of the presentation may be changed without prior notice under unavoidable circumstances such as force majeure, natural disaster, accident, or other situation hindering the use of the facilities, or to delays or other problem with another presentation.
XNUMX. Cancellation of Presentation
The presentation may be cancelled if it differs completely from the contents described in the application form.
XNUMX. Restrictions on Filming and Recording
Participants are prohibited from filming the presentation, recording, or taking any other similar action. However, registered members of the press are permitted to record the presentation with the consent of the presenter. The JSAE makes every possible effort to run the event in a manner that prevents filming, recording, or similar actions without consent. However, please note that there are limits to what it can do.

The JSAE takes the utmost care in running the event to avoid disruptions to presentations due to equipment failures at the presentation venue. However, please note that there are limits to what it can do. It is possible that equipment failure will prevent the use of some materials.

The JSAE shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the presenter due to the cancellation of the event, a change in the program, the cancellation of the presentation, prohibited filming or recording, equipment failure, or any other factors.
