We provide a place and opportunity for students to interact with each other, engineers/researchers, and companies through poster presentations.
You will be asked to summarize your daily efforts and research content in a poster and give a presentation.

It does not have to be unpublished. ・At the time of the announcement,To apply, please fill out the presentation application form below and also register for the 2025 JSAE Congress (Autumn) Technical Sessions (audience registration, fee required). 　After receiving notification of acceptance, please register by the day of the event. 　Technical Sessions Registration:https://www.jsae.or.jp/taikai/2025aki/attend/ (Applications will be accepted from early August onwards) There are no membership requirements for participating in this project. 　If you are not a member, but take advantage of the "Membership Support" campaign, you will be exempt from the annual membership fee and Technical Sessions registration fee, so we encourage you to join. 　Membership support details:https://www.jsae.or.jp/mbs/2025cp/ ・Presenters must create their own posters. Acceptance / rejection notification	Applicants will be notified of the results of their presentation via email in mid-September 2025.
Submit presentation summary	Please submit two PowerPoint presentations or one A2 manuscript by the end of September. (Details will be provided when notifying the results of your application.) A booklet containing summaries of all presenters will be compiled and distributed to attendees at the session venue.
Dinner Party	We will hold a networking event with the sponsoring companies and other presenting students. This will consist of a casual and free-spirited social gathering (with light meals) and individual consultations at each company's booth. This is a valuable opportunity to discuss collaborative research and future careers, so please come along. Date: Wednesday, October 10th, 15:16-30:18 (planned) Venue: JSAE Congress (Autumn) Admission: Free *Students from the same laboratory as the presenter may also accompany the presenter.
Recognition	The posters and presentations will be judged and the Student Poster Session Excellence Award will be selected. The winner will receive a certificate and a research grant of 3 yen.
