We provide a place and opportunity for students to interact with each other, engineers/researchers, and companies through poster presentations.
You will be asked to summarize your daily efforts and research content in a poster and give a presentation.

 After receiving notification of acceptance, please register by the day of the event.

A booklet containing summaries of all presenters will be compiled and distributed to attendees at the session venue.
Dinner Party We will hold a networking event with the sponsoring companies and other presenting students. This will consist of a casual and free-spirited social gathering (with light meals) and individual consultations at each company's booth.
This is a valuable opportunity to discuss collaborative research and future careers, so please come along.

The event may be canceled without notice if it becomes difficult to use the facilities due to natural disasters, incidents, infectious diseases, etc., if there is a request from the government or administrative agencies to refrain from holding events, or if unavoidable circumstances such as the cancellation of the JSAE Congress (Autumn) itself occur.
