There is a rest area in Exhibition Room 1 of the Exhibition Building.
Please use this space to prepare for lecture presentations and to take a break.
[About modifying the presentation draft]
You cannot modify the content of your presentation application after submitting your presentation proposal.
For corrections to the manuscript, please send the errata (data word file created based on the sample) to jsae@gakkai-web.net.
[About session briefing]
This is an important meeting where the session chair/speaker confirms (chair/speaker changes, self-introductions, how the session will proceed, etc.). Please be sure to participate.
If you are unable to attend the session briefing or present your presentation due to unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact us using the information below.

Meeting place: Each lecture venue (front row on the right side facing the stage) / Start time: 15 minutes before the session starts
*Speakers are requested to arrive at the lecture venue at least 30 minutes in advance.
Please note that if you are late for the start of your presentation, you will be treated as a no-show.
[About the announcement]
Lecture presentation time: 15 minutes in total, including 10 minutes for presentation and 25 minutes for questions and answers.
Presentation materials (PowerPoint etc.) should be prepared in either English or Japanese.
*The presentation will be in either Japanese or English, but please make sure to present in the same language as your preliminary manuscript.
Please avoid commercial content in lecture presentations, and do not include product names, affiliated institution names, or logos on the screen display (slides) during lecture presentations (excluding the introduction top page).
If a speaker is unable to give a lecture for unavoidable reasons and a substitute speaker will give the lecture in his/her place, please submit a "Substitute Speaker Application Form" to the secretariat in advance.
In principle, only co-authors of the preliminary manuscript will be allowed to give a proxy lecture.
- If you have set a screen saver, power saving settings, password at startup, etc., be sure to remove them.
- Start your presentation software, put it on standby, and set it in the designated location (the desk behind your presentation).
- Please set the projector ratio for all venues to 16:9.
- Data created on a screen with a screen ratio other than the recommended one may not be projected correctly, so please check it by projecting it on a projector in advance.
- We recommend a computer screen resolution of "1920x1080" or "1280x720".
- Please be sure to conduct a matching demonstration with the projector at the lecture venue before the lecture (during the break before the session starts).
- You will be required to connect your PC using HDMI at the actual venue. Please bring a connector or adapter that allows you to connect your PC to HDMI.
- If it is difficult to connect via HDMI, you can use the PC provided by the office.
In preparation for any unexpected problems, please be prepared by putting your lecture data on a USB or other similar device.
