At the same time as applying for a presentation, you can apply for submission to the JSAE Proceedings. Applications should be submitted for submission of the Japanese lecture manuscript to the "JSAE Japanese Proceedings" and for the English lecture manuscript to the "International Journal of Automotive Engineers (IJAE)".
If you request simultaneous application at the time of application, the paper collection staff will contact you approximately one month before the conference.

Publication fees will be billed after notification of screening results.
The article's editorial committee will review whether or not it can be published in "Transactions of JSAE" based on the regulations. The review period takes approximately 6 to 8 months from the start of the review.
The journal editorial committee will review whether or not a paper can be published in IJAE, based on regulations. The review period takes approximately 4 to 6 months from the start of the review.
