Organization
Our organization consists of General Meeting, Board of Directors, and Committee organization.
The headquarters office and branch offices (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, and Kyushu) function as contact points, which operate in close collaboration with related institutions and organizations both domestically and internationally.
Organization Overview
A Regular General Meeting is held once every May.
The directors form the Board of Directors, establish various specialized meetings, etc. and promote the business.
The headquarters office and the branch offices are established for administrative purposes.
Affiliated and Corpotative Groups
We have registered as an academic research organization with the Science Council of Japan, joined the Japan Federation of Engineering Societies, and are actively engaged in overseas activities as an influential member of FISITA and APAC (Asia-Pacific Automotive Engineering Conferences).
By collaborating with domestic and international academic institutions, we are contributing to the international exchange of automobile technology.
We promote industry-government-academia collaboration by collaborating with domestic automobile industry organizations.
