JSAE Privacy Policy
JSAE members, persons participating in JSAE activities, employees, and similar persons (hereinafter referred to as the Association) shall recognize the importance of personal information and comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other personal information protection. Article 1 (Definition of personal information)

Article 5 (Joint use of personal information)
The Association may jointly use acquired personal information. In that case, we will clarify in advance the purpose of use, usage items, scope of users, and administrator, and notify the person in advance, or post on the web page operated by the Society (hereinafter referred to as this web page) or otherwise. The information will be announced according to the method. Additionally, during joint use, personal information may be provided to joint users located outside of Japan.
Article 6 (Provision of personal information)
The Association will not provide acquired personal information to third parties (including those located outside of Japan). However, the following cases are excluded.

Article 7 (Management of personal information)

Article 8 (Disclosure and correction of personal information, etc.)
When the Association receives a request for disclosure, inquiry, modification, deletion, etc. of personal information concerning the person concerned, the Association shall confirm the identity of the person and then provide electromagnetic records or issue documents. In principle, the relevant personal information will be disclosed without delay by the method requested by the person from among the methods specified by the Association. When we decide not to disclose personal information or when we no longer retain the personal information, we will notify the person without delay.
Additionally, when we receive a request to correct personal information, we will, in principle, conduct the necessary investigation without delay and make corrections based on the results to keep the information up-to-date. When we make corrections, etc. to personal information, or when we decide not to make corrections, etc., we will notify the person to that effect without delay.
However, if the Society is not obligated to disclose, etc. according to laws and regulations, we may not be able to comply with your request.
Article 9 (Handling on web pages)
Use of the web pages provided by the Association shall be at the user's responsibility. Please note that the Society is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of various information obtained from this web page or other web pages linked to this web page.
Article 10 (Security for registered information)
This web page uses encrypted communication technology called SSL as necessary when users register personal information. In addition, registered personal information is managed on a dedicated server protected by a security system called Firewall, and we do our best to prevent unauthorized access from outside and information leakage.
Article 11 (Outsourcing of processing of personal information held by the Association)
