Ethics guidelines for research involving human subjects

Research Ethics Committee
In view of the increasing number of research activities related to humans and reports on their experiments, etc., which has become more active in recent years, JSAE has decided to conduct research on humans in order to ensure the safety of research subjects (subjects), protect human rights, and ensure the transparency of research. We have put into effect the ``Ethics Guidelines for Research Involving Human Subjects,'' which are guidelines to be applied when conducting research involving human subjects, and have started implementing these guidelines in April 2014.
