We are promoting paperless operations in order to promote the creation of a resource-circulating society that makes effective use of limited resources and reduces the burden on the environment.

Promotional Activities

We will promote the following items and work to reduce paper usage.

1. Paperless Management of Meetings and Committee Materials
   • As the first phase, we will work to reduce the number of printed copies of meeting and committee materials.
   • As the second phase, we will work on converting meeting and committee materials into electronic data and abolishing printing.
2. Promoting digitization of various application forms through system utilization
3. Abolition of printing and distribution of invoices, estimates, receipts, etc. issued during online participation registration for the JSAE events.
