JSAE established a "Strategic Planning Team" in April 2020 to formulate medium- to long-term business strategies.
Our team analyzed the operating status of the JSAE using various methods, identified issues, and created a "medium-to-long-term business strategy map'' that included specific projects to address them.

From fiscal 2021, we have begun working on specific businesses that are reflected in this strategic map.
