When submitting your paper to a collection of papers, please check the "Notes" and "Submission Guidelines" below.
Also, please use the template specified below.
When presenting research results involving human subjects, please refer to the "Ethical Guidelines for Research Involving Human Subjects."
*Due to the revision of the Guidelines for Paper Submissions (March 2025, 3), the required number of pages has been increased from 7 to XNUMX.

Paper submissions from Spring and Fall Technical Sessions

When applying to give a presentation at the Society's Spring and Fall Technical Sessions, you can also apply to submit a paper.
In this case, when entering the necessary information in the "Technical Sessions Reception System," you must check the "Submit to Proceedings" box.
We will inform the selected speakers about the paper acceptance procedure at a later date.

Through the ≪Engineer Skill Development Support System≫, the Society supports the continued skill development of its members, engineers, researchers, and students involved in automobiles.
The Continuing Proficiency Development (CPD) Program and the Automotive Engineer Level Certification are proposed by the Association as specific skill development plans.
CPD is an abbreviation for Continuing Professional Development.

What are the benefits?

This will serve as a guideline and goal for your own skill development.
By receiving certification, you may be recognized as a qualification not only within the Society, but also at your affiliated organization.
You can also receive opportunities (invitations) for continuing skill development.

What is Automotive Engineer Level Certification?

The "Automotive Engineer Level Certification" is a system certified by the association that serves as a goal for members to continue developing their skills related to automobiles.
"Automotive Engineer Level Certification" will be given by comprehensively examining the results of self-improvement achieved through skill development activities through the "Continuing Proficiency Development (CPD) Program" and practical experience at companies, universities, etc.
