Notice of issuance of membership certificate (proof of membership)

To all student members

The JSAE will certify in writing (membership certificate) the academic activities of student members.

If you would like to receive a membership certificate, please apply by following the application procedure below.

<Application procedure>

1. Download the membership certificate application form from the association's website.
2. Send the application form by e-mail to your branch office
3. Check the activity details at the branch office
4. After confirmation, the membership certificate will be mailed to the designated address from the main office.
