<Special Feature> Challenge to zero traffic fatalities
The number of traffic fatalities in Japan continues to decline year by year, and for the past five years has been at its lowest since the end of World War II. This was achieved through many years of efforts by people. We feature specific efforts from a technological perspective from the perspectives of education, prevention, collisions, and first aid. Although there are still many challenges to overcome on the road to zero traffic accident fatalities, we hope you will take a look at our serious efforts with clear aims, targets, and concrete measures, as well as the belief that we will definitely achieve this goal.
The Journal of Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan is published in electronic format. Please read it on your PC, tablet, or smartphone.
