As a special measure, our association has decided to waive the 2026 membership fees for individual members who have been affected by this incident.

① Individual members of this association as of January 7, 2026

② Individual members who suffered significant damage, such as the collapse or loss of their own residence, or the death of family members.

③ Individual members who have submitted a notification on their behalf or through their representative.

● How to submit: Please contact the secretariat by email, fax, telephone, or letter with the following information. Submissions will also be accepted by a representative.

The deadline is the end of April 2026.
