Charging Electric Vehicles: Developing Infrastructure and implementing Wireless Power Transfer technology”
While powering EVs is often perceived as a challenge, it is also thought that this will increase the degree of freedom in energy supply, freeing us from the constraints of physical fuels. This special feature introduces specific examples across four combinations: (contact, contactless) x (parked, moving). Of these, we focus on wireless power transfer technology, which has seen a series of successful results reported in recent years.
