Our vision is to "continue to be a place that stirs the souls of engineers."
Supporting members are members who join as a company or organization, who agree with the purpose of JSAE,
Any corporation or organization that can cooperate with the operation of the business is eligible to join.
Our Activities

Events
At the exhibition, people and companies involved in the automotive industry from Japan and abroad can exchange cutting-edge technical information.
In the Technical Sessions, researchers and engineers from Japan and abroad give lectures on the latest research results. The results of surveys and research are widely disseminated through symposiums, forums, and open committee meetings. -
Human Resource Development
In order to nurture the engineers of the future, we run events to get children interested in the automotive field, competitions for students aiming to work in the automotive field, and courses to support young engineers.

Recognition
We have an award system for outstanding research achievements, including the JSAE Award, for engineers, researchers, and students. We also award those who have made significant contributions to our activities.

International Exchange
We hold (co-host) international conferences in specialized fields.
Other events and lectures also attract many participants from around the world. -
Standardization activities
We organize committees to create international standards such as ISO/IEC, and to deliberate on the establishment and revision of national standards such as JIS and association standards such as JASO.

About the cost
Corporate member
Membership fee 11,000 Yen/unit
*Minimum 10 shares (110,000 yen)- If you join during the fiscal year (April to March), you will be charged the full annual membership fee.
(Article 4 of the Membership Fee and Dues Collection Regulations) - From the year following your joining, unless you request to cancel your membership, we ask that you pay your annual membership fee from April to March of the following year in one lump sum by the end of May each year.
- If you would like to change your membership status for the next year (change in number of units, withdraw from membership, etc.), please complete the procedure by March 3.
- Please note that the final deadline for applications for withdrawal within the fiscal year is March 3 of each year.
- Please note that we will not refund any membership fees you have paid.

*Membership applications are due on the 20th of each month, and membership will begin on the 1st of the following month.

Fill out the membership application form and apply
First, we will send you a membership application form to the email address you registered.
Please enter the necessary information and apply. -
Scrutiny of membership registration
The secretariat will confirm your application.

Registration approval
After your application is approved, we will send you information such as your membership number to your registered email address.
Frequently asked questions about applications
How do I pay the membership fee?
Payment of supporting membership fees can only be made by bank transfer. Credit card payments and direct debits are not accepted.
Invoices will be issued using the web report service (Rakuraku Statement) (after joining, you will receive an email requesting you to set up Rakuraku Statement).
Please tell us about "FAINES".
In collaboration with organizations, we are working with the Japan Automobile Service Promotion Association, a general incorporated association.FAINES" is available.
Please mail the "FAINES" application form to our association.
