Advanced driver assistance system (ADAS)

Glossary

This system compensates for driver mistakes in order to prevent traffic accidents. In case of recognition errors, the system recognizes the road environment and provides information to the driver. In case of a misjudgment, the system predicts the degree of safety based on road environment information and the vehicle's motion state, and alerts the driver if there is a possibility of a collision. In the event of an operation error, a guide function that prompts the driver to perform an appropriate operation or compensation control of the vehicle will be implemented. An automatic driving function that takes over the driver's driving behavior is also effective.
