　The 2023 JSAE Congress (Autumn) was held in a hybrid format, combining on-site and online events, over three days from Wednesday, October 2023th to Friday, October 10th, 11. There were 13 technical sessions and 3 presentations, with a total of 62 people participating both on-site and online.
　During the conference, a "Student Poster Session" was held on-site, with 33 posters on display. On the second day of the conference, a "Technical Review" and "Special Public Lecture" were held in a hybrid format, both on-site and online. In this issue, we will report on the most notable presentations from the Technical Sessions that we were able to watch.

　As lifestyles diversify and people's values change significantly, the state of mobility, including automobiles, is being questioned.
　It was against this backdrop that the Tokyo Motor Show was renamed the "Japan Mobility Show." Looking at the various exhibits at this event, it becomes clear that not only are they environmentally friendly, but that the emotional value they provide, such as enjoyment and comfort during and after travel, is being presented as one answer for the future.
　From carburetors to flying cars, a wide range of people can enjoy exciting experiences, so please come and join us.
