Through interaction with members from other companies in the same industry and from different industries, help you realize the difference between your own values.
Project details
Participants are divided into groups based on generation (under 28 and 29-39 years old) and discuss everyday concerns (career development, ease of working in the workplace, work-life balance, use of AI, etc.).
