[Event Announcement] "Automotive Industry Well-Being Lab" in JSAE Annual Congress (Spring) 2024 -- by Women Engineers Networking Cafe

Theme: “Would you like to think about “well-being” in the automobile industry?”

The Women Engineers' Association Promotion Committee has mainly focused on the working environment for female engineers, such as what to do to work energetically, how to feel when you are faced with doubts and worries, etc. We have held many meetings on topics to consider.
After more than 10 years of holding the event, female engineers' work styles and ways of thinking about work have become more diverse, and not only women but also men have had more opportunities to think about ``what is a happy work style for me?'' I have a feeling that it may have happened.
Therefore, we have named this event the "Automotive Industry Well-Being Lab" and have planned a forum for everyone to think about "well-being" in the automotive industry. This time, we will be open outside of lecture times and will also hold opinion exchange sessions. Please feel free to drop by as a place to take a break and socialize between technical sessions.
