The "Women's Engineers Exchange Meeting" was started in 2013 with the aim of providing a place for women engineers working in various fields related to the automobile industry to interact with each other. Currently,"Automotive Industry Well-being Lab by Automotive Industry Well-being Lab Committee" is a forum for discussing and exchanging ideas about how to make the workplace comfortable for both female and male engineers.We plan to hold exchanges of ideas, lectures, group discussions, etc.
