Automotive Industry Wellbeing Lab
The "Women Engineers Exchange Meeting" was launched in 2013 with the aim of providing an opportunity for female engineers working in various fields related to the automotive industry to interact with each other.
Currently, under the name "Automotive Industry Wellbeing Lab by Automotive Industry Wellbeing Lab Committee," we organize opinion exchanges, lectures, and group discussions as a forum for thinking about and interacting on how to create a more comfortable working environment for all people, including female engineers and men.
