Human resource development
In addition to engineers and researchers who research and develop automobile and mobility technologies, JSAE also trains human resources who will lead the next generation in the future through a variety of projects.
Holding an event
As part of its activities to develop the next generation of engineers, JSAE provides opportunities for manufacturing education and talent discovery, such as "Kids Engineer" for elementary school students, "Next Generation Mobility Designer Talent Development Program (learning, contests, and career guidance)" for junior and senior high school students, "Formula SAE Japan" for university students, and the "Japan Automotive AI Challenge" to discover and develop talent in new technology fields.
Student activities
We introduce student poster sessions, award programs, etc. organized by the Student Automobile Research Group (Gakujiken) and the Student Activities Planning Committee, whose activities are mainly promoted by student committee members.
The Student Automobile Research Group was established for the purpose of deepening the interest of student members in automobile technology and fostering friendship among student members. With six branches as our base of activity, we conduct activities throughout the country, including company tours, research presentations, and test drive events.
The student poster session is a project in which technical college students and graduate students summarize their daily efforts and research content in posters and present them.It provides a place and opportunity for students to interact with each other, engineers/researchers, and companies. I am.
The Graduate School Research Encouragement Award was established with the purpose of contributing to the academic improvement and development of graduate students, and is intended to recognize graduates who have conducted outstanding research at graduate school.
Information on various courses
In addition to the basic and elemental technologies necessary for the development of automobiles and mobility, students will learn and acquire the concepts, engineering methods, new technologies, laws and regulations, and human skills needed to plan and realize the functions and services required for future mobility. We offer you the opportunity to wear it.
Exchange meeting for young engineers and female engineers
JSAE plans various networking events for young engineers and female engineers to revitalize their academic activities, disseminate information, and build networks.
Continuing ability development support/certification system
Through the Engineer Skills Development Support System, the Society supports its member engineers, researchers, and students involved in automobiles to continue developing their skills.
The Continuing Proficiency Development (CPD) program and the Automotive Engineer Level Certification are proposed by the Society as specific skill development plans.
