We held the 2018 Student Safety Technology Design Competition [Company Tour to Honda].

A total of 2018 members from the four teams that entered the 4 SSTDC visited Honda R&D Co., Ltd.'s Automobile R&D Center (Tochigi) on Thursday, November 26th.

After an overview of the research institute and a presentation on preventive safety and crash safety, the students were given a tour of the crash test building, where they could conduct crash tests and see the dummy room.

After the tour, the participants split into teams and had discussions with young engineers involved in preventive safety and crash safety. For about an hour and a half, they exchanged opinions and received advice on each team's proposals.
