For children/students
As part of its activities to develop the next generation of engineers, JSAE provides opportunities for manufacturing education and talent discovery, such as "Kids Engineer" for elementary school students, "Next Generation Mobility Designer Talent Development Program (learning, contests, and career guidance)" for junior and senior high school students, "Formula SAE Japan" for university students, and the "Japan Automotive AI Challenge" to discover and develop talent in new technology fields.
kids engineer
Kids Engineer is an experiential learning event that gets kids interested in science, technology, and manufacturing in various fields, with a focus on automobiles.
We hope that the children who have experienced the joy of science and manufacturing will use this event as an opportunity to become engineers who will support Japan in the future.
Mobility design contest
As part of our program activities to promote the development of the next generation of car designers, the Design Committee of our association has been holding the "Car Design Contest" since 2012. Thanks to your support, we have received a large number of applications every time, and we are pleased to announce that we will be holding the contest again this year.
The name of the contest has been changed to ``Mobility Design Contest,'' and we are looking for designs for new vehicles in a broader range of fields than just cars and motorcycles.
Formula SAE Japan Tournament
This is a "manufacturing/design competition" in which students work on everything from vehicle concept, design, production, and development, to presentation, cost, and design, with the aim of nurturing engineers who will support the future automobile industry.
Japan Automotive AI Challenge
As the demand for AI and IT engineers increases rapidly throughout the automobile industry, an international competition to compete in AI technology for autonomous driving is being held as a new initiative to discover and develop engineers who will lead the automobile industry in the future. It will be held.
Using this competition, which is held in cooperation between industry, government, and academia, as a starting point, we aim to build a framework that will contribute to the further development of the automobile industry.
Student safety technology design competition
As part of the program of the "ESV International Conference" on automobile safety technology sponsored by governments around the world, student teams from universities and graduate schools presented their own technical ideas for solving safety problems, highlighting their novelty, expandability, and practicality. It is a competition to compete.
