The first plenary conference was held in Yokohama in 1992, with the then Chassis Control Expert Committee taking the lead. This conference, which originated in Japan, has come to be highly regarded as an international conference on automobile dynamic performance. The circle has expanded year by year, and now it is held on a rotating basis in Asia, Europe, and America.
