In recent years, the use of video information from in-vehicle sensor systems, such as drive recorders and LiDAR in self-driving cars, has accelerated. In the first half of this forum, we will discuss the application of video collection systems using drive recorders and the development of self-driving technology by generating scenes and scenarios based on collected data. In the second half, we will introduce the latest examples of the use of in-vehicle sensors combined with AI technology at driver's license testing centers and support for safe driving education for the elderly, and discuss future developments. Through this forum, we hope to explore the potential of in-vehicle sensors and deepen discussions toward the further development of video information technology. This forum is being held in cooperation with the Drive Recorder Council, a general incorporated association.
