Vehicle Dynamics Committee

1.Aim of activity

The driving performance and safety of automobiles have improved dramatically with the introduction of motion control systems using new devices, driver assistance systems, and autonomous driving technology. In the future, the study of motion control technology and driver characteristics is expected to become even more important for research on steering stability, comfort, and ride quality. In light of these trends, the purpose of this committee's activities is to investigate and consider the future direction of improvements in vehicle performance and advances in safety and comfort, and to return the results to the members.
