1.Aim of activity
The key technology that supports the spread of electric vehicles is an energy storage system that combines energy storage devices such as high-performance secondary batteries and systems for using them. This committee acts as a place to centrally and freely discuss a wide range of technical elements encompassed by energy storage system technology, such as energy storage devices, power conversion circuits, energy management of vehicles equipped with them, and energy supply technology. The aim is to contribute to the maintenance and development of global dominance in the vehicle market.

4. Volunteer activities
We will hold study sessions on energy storage system technology, including presentations and discussions by committee members, as well as open debate. The results of these activities will be widely presented at the 2026 JSAE Annual Congress (Spring) Technical Sessions.
