1.Aim of activity
In order to take a bird's-eye view of future mobility society, including automobiles, and continuously consider long-term technology roadmaps, we will hold wide-ranging discussions that go beyond the traditional framework of JSAE. In order for Japan's automobile industry to create new value, we will deepen interdisciplinary discussions involving experts in a wide range of technical fields, set common goals that industry, government, and academia should work together on, and encourage all relevant parties to create new value. Appeal to the public as a proposal. Through this, we will maintain the high competitiveness of Japan's automobile technology, embody and share the ideas of many engineers involved in automobiles and automobile society, and widely disseminate them.

4. Volunteer activities
In addition to holding 6 committee meetings on topics that need attention, we also planned field trips to see the facilities and equipment where advanced projects are being implemented to gain an understanding of the actual status of initiatives involving cutting-edge technology. deepen. In addition to sharing information among committee members through these topics, tours, etc., we will develop activities aimed at achieving the following results.
・We will consider and discuss multiple scenarios regarding the possibility of technological progress and innovation, and aim to formulate a scenario for the ideal direction of automobile technology after 2030 toward a sustainable society.
・Based on the above scenario, we will attempt to create a long-term technology roadmap to keep Japan's automotive technology highly competitive.
・We will consider industry-academia collaborative research themes that Japan will pursue in order to survive on a par with Europe, the United States, China, and South Korea, with a focus on the automobile industry.
